"I am one of those fortunate people who happen to love what they do for a living. I have always considered it a great privilege and honor to create the most sacred spaces in people's lives... their homes"PETER GRANT, CGR, CAPS

PETER GRANT, CGR, CAPS

President Grant Homes Remodeling

Peter is a lifelong Tulsan with a family history in the city’s real estate community. Graduating from Bishop Kelley, he grew up living 2 doors down from the Philbrook museum where he frequently attended art and sculpting classes, developing a love for architecture in particular. His mother being an artist, his creativity was encouraged and influenced. After studying architectural engineering and business management at OU, OSU, and TU he pursued the family business of commercial real estate. It didn’t take long to realize that being confined to an office did not satisfy his spirit. His true passion was getting out and working with his hands as a creator. Recognized for his historic preservation expertise and achievements, Peter serves as a mayoral appointee to the Tulsa Preservation Commission.

Grant Homes’ mission statement may be simple, “Making homes out of houses”, but Peter’s perfectionist approach to construction is not. His consistent quality practices result in homeowner expectations being exceeded and as a result, positive word-of-mouth customer referrals. Peter relies on old-school methods and new-school technologies to demonstrate how his clients’ vision has been executed and their homes transformed. Simple and effective communication is key to identifying project progress and sustaining a client’s sense of well-being.
