Peter Grant is a lifelong Tulsan with deep family ties to the city’s real estate community. A graduate of Bishop Kelley High School, Peter grew up living two doors down from the Philbrook Museum of Art where he frequently attended art and sculpting classes, and ultimately developed his passion for architecture. After studying architectural engineering and business management at Oklahoma University, Oklahoma State University and the University of Tulsa, Peter pursued the family business of commercial real estate. A creator at heart, Peter founded Grant Homes Remodeling in 2005 with the mission to make homes out of houses. Cultivating a loyal customer following and referral business, Peter relies on old-school methods and new-school technologies to transform homes. He also believes that simple and effective communication is key to identifying project progress and sustaining a client’s sense of well-being. Grant Homes has been recognized for its historic preservation expertise and achievements. In addition to earning many industry accolades and achievements, Peter serves as mayoral appointee to the Tulsa Preservation Commission.
